Another Roadside Attraction

I'm fascinated by the passage of time and how abandoned places often reveal something of the lives once lived there. Lately I've been noticing how more recently vacated places seen to convey a sense of dystopia.

This is what I sought to capture with the photos in "Closing Time," my exhibition running until mid-March at Café Oranje in Hamilton. It's a small café, so there are only 8 images, very tightly focused on the theme.
